Page Speed Checker
Measure Lighthouse performance and loading diagnostics with Google PageSpeed Insights
Working...
Google PageSpeed is measuring — usually 5–10 seconds.
How do Core Web Vitals affect ranking?
The checker retrieves PageSpeed Insights lab measurements and optimization suggestions for one URL. Compare repeated runs under the same device settings.
Lighthouse simulates a page load in controlled conditions and produces a Performance score. This checker reports LCP, CLS and supporting diagnostics such as FCP, TTFB and TBT when available. Core Web Vitals comprise LCP, INP and CLS; FCP and TTFB are supporting measurements. This report does not provide INP or a real-user Core Web Vitals verdict. Field data in PageSpeed Insights and Search Console describes a different population and time window. A high lab score cannot establish that all visitors have a good experience.
- Performance score 0–100 from Google
- LCP, CLS, FCP, TTFB with Good/Poor rating
- Concrete list of improvement opportunities
Example: interpret a finding and fix it
Illustration only, not a check of your website.
Suppose a run reports LCP of 4.2 seconds and identifies a banner as the largest element. Inspect image dimensions, format, loading behavior and server response before redesigning the entire page.
After a change, repeat the same URL and device configuration several times. Record the time and test conditions; network or server load can change a result independently of your code.
The Lighthouse score is a lab measurement. Real-user Core Web Vitals require field data; missing data does not mean a pass. This checker does not return INP, so it cannot confirm all three Core Web Vitals.
How to use in 3 steps
